When we dreamt up the idea of providing global Web Hosting services, eNerds was originally providing IT Support, Maintenance & Consulting services to small to medium businesses since the year 2000. Operating in this space we were often asked for advice on web hosting and it became apparent that all customers wanted was something easy to use and simple!
The team at eNerds therefore decided to branch out into web hosting to offer an easy to use service to our clients and in 2007 we decided to launch our web hosting business to the world.

Like most of our competitors our focus is on customer service, however we understand that the trick to providing 'excellent' customer service comes from the talent within our organization and the systems & infrastructure used to power the service.
Our staff are industry qualified in vendors such as Microsoft, Cisco, Symantec and are all skilled in designing and/or supporting Networking & Hosted services. Our background comes from providing Desktop Support to 1000's of users so we know what it takes to deliver the best customer service.
We have differentiated ourselves by developing and implementing our very own Service Desk & Billing Solution - NerdPanel.
NerdPanel, is designed with the sole focus of providing you with an easy to use system to log support tickets, add services and check your account status in your local currency.
