Choose a Domain Name or use an Existing one. |

Select a Website Hosting Package which suits your needs and budget. |

Sign up to either a Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly Package. |
| |

Once setup is complete you will receive Login details to cPanel to up-load your site to the Internet. Uploading your site means transferring the Web Site files created by your web designer from your PC (or your web designers PC) to eNerds Hosting Server which then makes the site publically viewable. |

What is the process to setup a new Domain Name?

A Domain Name is what the Internet uses to find your Website or Email address. |
| |

|
Search for a Domain Name via eNerds search facility and try and find one which matches your Business or Organisation name since its an important marketing tool. We recommend using something short and succinct, since this domain name will also be your email address as well. However the choice is obviously yours based on what suits best. |

Once you've selected a Domain Name from our search facility you can begin the process of registering the Domain. |

After setup is complete you will recieve login details to NerdPanel to administer the Domain. |
How much Storage space & Transfer does the average website require?

What does Storage Space & Transfer mean?? |
| |
|
Its important to remember that Storage space and Transfer are not the same thing, your Storage space relates to the amount of physical disk space you have available for all your data and tranfer relates to the amount of data that can be transfered in and out of the server per month.

So what is included in Disk space? |
| |
|
Disk space is inclusive of all your emails, website files, databases & images. |

How much space do i really need? |
| |
|
An average personal website only requires 5-10mb of storage in total and your average corporate site only requires 40-50mb, Important thing to note is the space also includes email storage. |

The Typical Myth |

Most providers will sell you plans that come with 500GB of storage space, but the important thing to note is this is not only totally unnessesary but generaly most cant even provide that space if you really used it, in most cases they are calling your bluff. |

How do I upload my website?
Using the FTP details provided in the welcome email you received from eNerds, you can now upload your website using these details via your favorite FTP enabled program. (e.g. Dreamweaver, CuteFTP, etc) or using the web based File Manager option which you can find under the Files section in cPanel.
